1. Service Overview

9Hit Shop Enterprise is an independent, third-party service that facilitates the purchase and automated delivery of digital points for the 9Hits traffic exchange platform. We accept various cryptocurrencies as payment for these digital goods.

Disclaimer of Affiliation: We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with 9Hits.com, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

2. Account Requirements

To receive points purchased through our service, your 9Hits account must have Premium or VIP status. The official 9Hits system does not allow transferring points to Free accounts. It is your responsibility to ensure your account meets this requirement before placing an order.

3. Purchases and Delivery

• Digital Goods: You are purchasing digital points that have no real-world monetary value outside of the 9Hits ecosystem.
• Delivery: Delivery is automated and typically completes within 60 seconds of your cryptocurrency payment receiving network confirmation.
• Accuracy: You must provide your exact 9Hits username. We are not responsible for points sent to the wrong account due to user error.
• Fees: We cover the 10% 9Hits system transfer fee. You are responsible for paying the cryptocurrency network (gas) fees from your wallet.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the immediate delivery of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the points have been successfully transferred to the provided username.

If a payment is received but our system fails to deliver the points due to a technical error on our end, we will manually review the transaction and either fulfill the delivery or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Partial Payments

If you send less than the required amount of cryptocurrency for your selected package, our system will automatically calculate the equivalent USD value received and deliver a proportional amount of 9Hits points to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 9Hit Shop Enterprise be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
